How often will you serve my home or office?
• You can have service 2 days each week
• You can have service once each week.
• You can arrange for service on an as needed basis.
We serve each route on Mondays & Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays. Your service representative will let you know what days your area is covered.
How do I pay my bill?
Register your Visa or MasterCard with Cleaners At Work, Inc. Bills will be processed on your charge card the day of delivery. We do not process current charges less than $20.00, so if your bill is less than that we hold the amount until future orders reach $20.00 or until the end of the month.

What about quality & my satisfaction?
We use different cleaning plants and send your garments, gowns, leathers and household items to the vendor with the best track record in cleaning that item. Cleaners At Work guarantees all our work. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning or pressing, just let us know and we will re-clean & press your garment at no charge.

Our plants have provided quality dry cleaning and garment care including leathers, suede and Fur service for over 20 years. All work is performed in accordance with the guidelines of the National Cleaners Association and the National Fabricare Institute.

Cleaners At Work, Inc. promises to handle your clothes with the utmost care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your laundry or dry cleaning, we will reprocess your garments at no additional charge. You must be satisfied with your redo or we will refund your full payment.

Things you should know.
• Always undo all the buttons.
• It is a good habit to remove collar stays from your shirts.
• Store your clean sweaters flat. Do not use hangers.
• Hangers don't really multiply in the dark of your closets --- but they do seem to. You can recycle them or we will be happy to recycle them for you. Just put them near your valet bag but not in the bag as they may snag on your garments.
• There are spots and there are stains. When professionally treated shortly after a spot is made, removal can be accomplished. Stains are when the textile or fabric has been altered by the offending spill. Frequently stains are permanent - our professional spotters will do all they can but will not change the integrity of the fabric.
• Yellow spots that were not apparent before cleaning are frequently caused by the caramelization of glucose or sugar-based clear fluids (Soda Pop, wine and so on) and become a permanent stain.
• Loss of color can occur when whitening materials come in contact with the fabric and then the item is cleaned. TOOTHPASTE is one of the most common offenders. If you get a spot of toothpaste or other whitening products on an item, rinse it with cool water immediately and put a note on the garment so that we know what has happened.
